Big Dreamer: A Roma journalist story (2014)
This is my personal documentary produced while I was part of a collaborative project, Europe: A Homeland for the Roma, a series of documentaries aimed to fight the discrimination and stereotypes against the Roma group in Central and Eastern Europe.
I was the associate producer for one of the documentaries, On A Mission. While working with our producer, Biser Petkov from Bulgaria who is also part of the Roma community, I found his own story inspiring. As a side project, I produced my own documentary featuring him showing his talents as well as struggle being a Roma journalist.
